Ballet Drop-in Classes (Beginners/Improvers and Intermediate/Advanced).
The lessons offer a fresh and versatile approach that respects the traditional foundations of the ballet technique but explore also creative ways to combine the ballet steps and search for rich possibilities of combining the dance sequences with the musical phrases. The classes also are of great help to improve coordination, agility, posture, strength, flexibility, and precise control of the different movement dynamics.
The ballet technique, first originated in the Italian renaissance, has evolved through the centuries. It began to gradually become a professional Art in the 17th century in France. Nowadays there are ballet companies all over the world and ballet technique is also very much used as support training by dancers of other dance styles as well as it is growing in popularity among amateur dancers.
