In this series of solo workshops we will explore the techniques and practice all the skills that will not only make you a great leader or follower, but an overall great dancer.

Discover your own body, immerse yourself in the Brazilian Zouk most important concepts and have fun with dynamic choreographies to boost your confidence.

The workshop content is divided in 4 days and they will happen separately in different rooms, so all leader and all followers get full attention to their different needs.
